4. Disclaimers & Expanded Coaching Liability Waiver
4.1 No Professional Advice
All coaching and content are for educational and informational purposes only. By engaging with our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree:
You will not rely on coaching services as a substitute for licensed medical or psychological treatment.
No client-professional relationship is created beyond a personal development coaching relationship.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
4.2 Crisis & Suicide Prevention Disclaimer
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe emotional distress, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

4.3 Individual Responsibility
You understand and agree that:

You are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals before making significant changes to your health, relationships, career, finances, or other life areas.
4.4 Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in coaching sessions or using coaching content. You acknowledge that personal development work may involve emotional discomfort, confronting limiting beliefs, or challenging self-perceptions.
4.5 Release of Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Official No Cut Cards, its owners, affiliates, contractors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm (including emotional distress or self-harm) that may be sustained as a result of participating in coaching or relying on provided information.
5. Coaching Refund & Reschedule Policy
5.1 Refunds
All mindset and life coaching sessions are non-refundable, except:
You may cancel your scheduled session within 12 hours before the scheduled session start time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
5.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session one time only, and you must notify us at least 4 hours before the originally scheduled start time.
If you fail to notify us within this timeframe or request additional reschedules beyond the first one, you forfeit the session and must purchase a new one.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from coaching or participation in our programs. Testimonials and examples shared are not guarantees that any current or future client will achieve similar results.
7. Community Guidelines & Membership
7.1 Voluntary Participation
Your involvement in the community is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
7.2 Confidentiality
While we encourage privacy within community spaces, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Share at your own discretion.
7.3 Member Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully, avoid harassment, and adhere to community rules. Violations may result in removal without refund.
8. Refund & Return Policy for Products
8.1 Physical Products
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours. Beyond this, sales are final except in cases of significant defects or shipping damage, reported within 3 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including coaching materials, website text, videos, graphics, and artwork (including Mohawk Wyatt Creations), are protected intellectual property owned by their respective creators. No reproduction or redistribution without express written consent.
10. Age Requirement
By using this website and services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
11. Payment Authorization
You authorize us to charge your payment method for agreed amounts. You confirm all billing information provided is accurate.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Official No Cut Cards and all Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, community participation, or violation of these terms.
